Trained in law and journalism, and with a vast experience in working internationally, Luis is a producer and filmmaker of documentaries and series that have earned awards globally.

Awarded 3 times International Journalist of the year in the UK, Guillermo shares his time as Director of Pacha Films and Latin American correspondent for Channel 4 News in the UK.

Fiorella Ruju

Production Manager

Trained in administration, she joined Pacha Films in 2016. She has widespread experience in administration and production of audiovisual series, corporate and institutional projects, and documentaries made for channels and platforms such as Discovery Channel, Al Jazeera, and Netflix.

Luciano Gorriti


Journalist and documentary filmmaker. Luciano has more than 10 years of uninterrupted experience in documentary and TV production for some of the most relevant international news outlets. In 2014, he led a production team in the making of a program about human trafficking in Mexico, which obtained an Emmy award for Best Investigative Reporting.

Lali Houghton

Filmmaker and Director of Photography

He has extensive experience in making observational documentaries for channels like Al Jazeera, BBC, History Channel, England’s Channel 4, among others. One of his most recent documentaries, ‘Dead Woman’s Pass – Warmiwañusca’, won the audience award at the Austin Film Festival.

Lisa Estella

She carries out the investigation and news production for documentaries and audiovisual content. As a journalist, she has written about politics, corruption, drug trafficking, gender, among other topics. Her most recent role as producer was in the film ‘Dead Woman’s Pass – Warmiwañusca’, which won the audience award at the Austin Film Festival.

Audrey Cordova


Journalist and producer of audiovisual content, as well as digital and transmedia material. She has collaborated with international media such as EL PAÍS and France24. Her work has been awarded by the Interamerican Press Society (SIP, 2017) and the Press and Society Institute (IPYS, 2015). Scholar from the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) in FRONTLINE of PBS news, Boston.

Paolo Tizón


He has experience in the production of documentaries, videoclips, advertising spots, and fiction documentaries. Currently he takes care of producing news documentaries for TV channels such as ABC and Discovery Channel.

Rodrigo Galdós

Director of Photography

Trained in direction of photography, he has extensive experience in documentary making, having worked in Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador, and EE.UU. He specializes in high-risk projects, photography, lighting, and drone piloting.
